Krygier Design is seeking a highly skilled 1st shift CNC Programmer/Set-up Man for our HAAS CNC Mills and Lathes. The right candidate will work directly with our Engineering and Production stuff on maintaining and developing CNC programs for our precision machined parts and making prototypes using GibsCAM software.

Job Duties:
- Create HAAS mill and lathe programs using CAM software
- Setting up and running prototype parts.
- Read prints and maintain close tolerance dimensional quality in an aerospace tooling and small run production environment.
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Use a variety of measuring instruments to inspect part at the machine, and record data on inspection documents.
- Understand the required time needed to complete the job and be within specified routing time to ensure production efficiency.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Min 5 years CNC programming and setup experience
- G-Code and M-Code Programming
- Strong machining background
- Extremely well organized
- Very quick learner of new skills and processes
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Formal CNC training and certifications helpful
- GibbsCam or Autodesk HyperMill knowledge a plus but not required
