You're more than a Treatment Coordinator you build trust, educate patients, and help them say "yes" to the care they need. You have a warm, confident personality, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to make patients feel comfortable while guiding them through their treatment options.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A strong understanding of dental PPO insurance, including benefit verification, breakdowns, pre-authorizations, claims, and maximizing patients' insurance benefits.
- The confidence and communication skills to present treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand their oral health and move forward with care.
- A proven ability to increase treatment acceptance through patient education, empathy, and relationship-building not pressure.
- Experience with dental billing, insurance coordination, and practice management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude that creates an outstanding first impression for every patient.
