Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certified crane operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate cranes with precision and safety, ensuring the smooth execution of heavy lifting tasks on diverse construction sites. Your expertise will contribute to efficient project completion while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties
- Operate NCCCO-certified cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently across various construction projects.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes, including checking mechanical systems, safety devices, and load capacities to ensure optimal functioning.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan lifting sequences and execute tasks according to project specifications.
- Maintain detailed logs and inspection reports.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies during all crane operations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of crane equipment, including rigging and signaling for safe lifts.

Experience
- Proven experience operating cranes on construction sites with a valid NCCCO certification.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience working on large‑scale wood‑framed construction projects
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret load charts accurately.
- Experience working in diverse environments including commercial construction sites requiring coordination with multiple teams.
