Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. Reliability is critical as you will open our business daily. We are absolutely willing to teach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and food preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety. This is a position that requires absolute reliability and dependability. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including bagels, rolls & pastries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pastries, bagels, and specialty items.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area to comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and improve existing offerings.
- Adhere to all food production guidelines and standards set by the company.
