Key City Harley-Davidson is looking for an Entry-Level Motorcycle Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the powersports industry, learn from experienced technicians, and become a certified Harley-Davidson technician.
You don't need years of experience—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. We’ll pay for enrollment into Harley-Davidson University which allows you to advance as fast as you can complete the schooling without the out of pocket expense to you.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills needed to diagnose, maintain, and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installations, and inspections
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics
- Install accessories and customization parts
- Prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles for delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Learn Harley-Davidson service procedures and standards
- Complete required training and certification programs
- Document repairs and maintenance accurately
- Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Desire to learn and build a long-term career
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Motorcycle, automotive, powersports, farm equipment, or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required
- Technical school education is helpful but not required
