The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated hair stylist ready to build their book and grow their skills. Whether you're coming in with an established clientele or rebuilding in a new space, our comp structure and team culture are designed to set you up for success.
What You'll Earn
- $18/hr guaranteed base during your 6-month ramp-up period
- "Greater Of" weekly payout so you're never trapped on hourly if your commission beats it
- Floating commission tiers from 40% up to 55% based on weekly service revenue
- 10% retail commission on every product sold at your chair
- Membership bonuses paid out instantly for every client you enroll
- Experienced stylists can skip the ramp-up entirely by passing our technical skills evaluation
Estimated Earning Range: $18 to $45+/hr depending on performance
Services You'd Be Performing
- Women's and men's haircuts
- Blowouts and styling
- Single process color and root touch-ups
- Highlights, balayage, and lived-in color
- Glosses, toners, and treatments
- Corrective color (consultation required)
What We're Looking For
- Colorado cosmetology license in good standing
- Confident across cuts, color, and blonding
- Strong communication and client retention habits
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and never stops learning
- A team player who lifts others up and leaves the drama at the door
