Pops Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team.
We're a technician-owned independent repair shop focused on quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and professional service. We're looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a shop that values accountability, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
Compensation
- Flat-rate pay structure
- Guaranteed 30 flagged hours per week
- 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday
- Up to $50 per flagged hour for the right technician
- High performers have the opportunity to exceed 40 flagged hours through efficiency and productivity

Qualifications
- Experienced Automotive Technician
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to accurately estimate repair times
- Dependable and professional
- Valid driver's license
- Personal tools required
Shop Expectations
- Every vehicle receives a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI)
- Every vehicle receives a pre-inspection before repairs begin
- Repairs are documented properly
- Quality workmanship is non-negotiable
- Ability to follow established shop processes and procedures
- Team-first attitude
