Founding Team Member — Commercial Cleaning StartupHelp Me Build Something Big From almost the Ground Up
We are looking for a highly capable, motivated, and ambitious person to join us as we launch a new commercial cleaning business.
This is not just a traditional cleaning job. I’m looking for someone who wants to learn, work hard, grow, and eventually help lead a fast-growing company.
Starting Pay: $18/Hour + commission
You will be paid $18 per hour from the start. You’ll be paid while you learn, work, and help us build the business. You'll also recieive comps for any business you bring to the table.
There is also the potential for a small ownership interest in the company after a proper tenure and demonstrated commitment, performance, reliability, and contribution to the growth of the business.
Ownership is intended for someone who proves they are truly invested in helping build the company—not simply someone who has been here for a certain amount of time.
We’re Building This Together
You do not need previous commercial cleaning experience. I will train you on our cleaning processes, equipment, quality standards, customer service, and operations.
And to be completely transparent: I’m learning too.
I don’t have everything figured out, and I’m not pretending that I do. I want someone who is willing to learn with me, bring ideas to the table, solve problems, and grow alongside the company.
Our goal is to start small and continue to build a successful, profitable, fast-growing commercial cleaning company.
With hard work, strong sales, excellent service, and consistent growth, I believe there is an opportunity for us to build something very valuable.
We do have insurance, LLC, workers comp etc...

- Needs to be constantly reminded to do their job
- Gives up when things get difficult
- Is unwilling to learn or take responsibility
- Leaves an employer without giving proper notice, this may not work out but communication and professionalism are key.
Reliability and commitment are non-negotiable.

I will ask for credible work references who can speak to your reliability, punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism. References should be able to confirm that you showed up on time, could be counted on, performed your job well, and handled leaving previous positions professionally by providing proper notice.

- Quality control
- Customer service
- Scheduling and job organization
- Estimating and pricing
- Sales and acquiring commercial clients

- Building systems and processes
- Managing crews and operations
- Growing and leading the company
The Vision
I’m not looking for someone who only wants an hourly paycheck.
I want to build a team.
We’ll start with $15/hour, learn the business, win our first customers, build our reputation, and grow.
If you prove yourself over a meaningful period of time and become an important part of the company’s success, there may be an opportunity to earn a small ownership interest and grow into a leadership position.
