Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance overall well-being.
- Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans under supervision.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands.
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans meticulously, documenting services provided and maintaining accurate records of client progress.
- Implement safety protocols to prevent falls or injuries within the home environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for clients requiring specialized care such as geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related settings is preferred; candidates are encouraged to apply

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client appointments when necessary.
