Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a mixologist or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management is a plus
- Knowledge of the food industry and food service regulations
