What we are looking for:
- Proven Experience: Previous background working inside a high-volume coffee shop or specialty cafe environment is highly preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of coffee shop products, expresso execution, milk texturing, beverage chemistry, and menu presentation.
- Customer Excellence: A welcoming personality with dedication to providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a clean, inviting storefront.
