Ford Diesel Technician (Experienced Only)

Bickford Ford is seeking experienced Ford diesel technicians to join our growing Ford Pro service operation.
This position is for experienced diesel technicians only. We are looking for professionals who can independently diagnose and repair Ford Super Duty trucks and Power Stroke diesel engines. General automotive technicians without significant diesel repair experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Ford Power Stroke diesel engines and Super Duty trucks
- Perform advanced drivability, electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently
- Perform recalls, maintenance and repairs to Ford standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality workmanship
- Work safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area
Minimum Qualifications
- Several years of professional diesel repair experience required
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair diesel engine concerns
- Ford diesel experience strongly preferred
- Ford certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and team mindset
