- Ensures 100 percent of seniors graduate and have letters of acceptance to post high school institutions of higher learning (IHL).
- Improves and sustains Cadet Five Year Plan with increased emphasis and participation in meaningful physical fitness.
- Continues strengthening relationships and provides more structure to the involvement with feeder schools through the adopt-a-school program.
- Improves teaching of curriculum for all cadets, especially 9th graders.
- Complies with 13-step sequence for lesson presentation and maximize use of automation equipment for all classroom presentations.
- Improves reception and orientation of all cadets, especially 9th graders; Maximize parental involvement.
- Get cadets in JROTC uniform by assigned date(s).
- Improves quality of integrated curricular activities and experiences outside the classroom. Complies with practice requirements and competitive event participation as described in Coaching Supplement MOI.
- Improves standards of professionalism across the board for cadets and cadre…appearance in uniform, respect/deference, timely arrivals, closing the loop, acknowledgement of task, etc.
- Prepares for Brigade JROTC Program for Accreditation.
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel.
