Overview:
The PM Scheduling Assistant performs general administrative duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and one year administrative/office support experience or combination of equivalent experience and training preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Duties:

Answer Scheduling phone during evening and weekend hours, review staffing levels and if needed, call staff to fill vacant shifts

Answer switchboard and direct all incoming calls and visitors

Greet, screen, assist, and answer questions of visitors and residents

Photocopying, filing, misc. office duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment which requires the use of a personal computer, telephone, and other technical apparatus 90% of the time; ability to perform repetitive motions of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
