Product & Technology Strategy Analyst
Product & Technology Team | Remote with travel to Birmingham, AL
The Product & Technology Strategy Analyst sits at the center of our Product and Technology Team, helping us keep our strategy clear, our projects aligned, and our partners across Mission well-connected to the work we're doing. You'll be a thought partner to our senior leaders and a connector across teams — turning ambiguity into crisp narratives, polished presentations, and well-organized plans.

Maintain and evolve the Product and Technology Team's strategic plan, OKRs, and roadmap

Track major initiatives across teams, surface risks and dependencies early, and drive follow-ups to closure

Organize the planning rhythms that keep us aligned — quarterly planning, business reviews, leadership offsites

Build polished, audience-aware presentations for a wide range of forums — team all-hands, partner reviews, and executive- and board-level updates

Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives and visuals for non-technical audiences

Shape talking points, leadership updates, and internal communications on behalf of Product and Technology leadership

Support strong relationships with close partner teams across Mission, helping coordinate joint roadmaps and shared commitments

Build relationships across the company so information flows smoothly in and out of Product and Technology

Coordinate leadership team meetings — agendas, pre-reads, notes, and action items

Help shape and protect team culture: organizing team events, supporting onboarding, and watching for signals worth acting on

Spot small operational improvements that make the team more effective day-to-day, and quietly drive them to done

2–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, FP&A, investment banking, chief of staff–style support, program management, or a similar mix

Exceptional presentation-building skills — you can take a tangled set of inputs and turn it into a crisp deck that lands with any audience, from working teams to executives

Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgment to draft on behalf of senior leaders

Highly organized and self-directed; you manage many threads at once without dropping them

Comfortable in ambiguity — you take a vague problem and come back with a plan

Curious about technology and eager to learn how product and engineering teams work; prior exposure is a plus, not a requirement

Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information

Comfortable working with numbers and budgets

This role is location-flexible. You can be based anywhere in the U.S., with travel to our Home Office in Birmingham, Alabama up to once a month. Candidates already in or near Birmingham are a plus, but it's not a requirement.
