You'll own:
- Structured first-pass screens for a range of nuanced searches, mostly technical
- Executive-ready candidate summaries
- Candidate experience end-to-end — nobody goes dark on your watch
- Contractor care: weekly check-ins, end dates, redeployment
- Execution of our outreach sequences, tracker, and KPI dashboard
Sourcing grind is handled by our AI research stack. Your job is the judgment layer.
You're a fit if you have:
- 2–4 years of agency, RPO, or staffing delivery experience
- IT/technical recruiting exposure — you can talk to a developer or architect without bluffing
- Sharp written communication (executives read your summaries)
- A strong practical understanding of how to use Claude / ChatGPT to augment your writing, analysis and decision-making
- Real process discipline and composure under deadlines
Quarterly Bonus (in additional to base comp listed) is based on operational excellence and company revenue goals, not personal production (this is not a closer role).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
