A&T Technician (Assembly & Test Technician) – Multiple Shifts Available

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay Range: $22.00 – $31.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Assembly & Test Technicians (A&T Technicians) to support production, development, prototype, and qualification hardware operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
The A&T Technician will perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and process improvement activities while working closely with engineering and production teams. Candidates should be comfortable working with complex hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems and have a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on production and prototype hardware
- Build and test complex hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electronic, and hybrid systems
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and work instructions
- Operate inspection equipment, hydraulic test equipment, electrical testing systems, pumping systems, and environmental test equipment
- Support production, development, and qualification programs
- Record and maintain accurate test data, logs, quality reports, and documentation
- Assist engineers with failure analysis, process improvements, and procedure development
- Diagnose hardware issues and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on assembly and testing procedures
- Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve product performance and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and test equipment
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to support multiple projects and changing priorities
