The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achieved. This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals

Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management

Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste

Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations
Required:

Bachelor’s degree required

This is an entry level role requiring roughly 2 to 5 years (maximum) supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:

Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices

Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
