Job Description
Trendy Logistics LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Non-CDL 26ft Box Truck Driver for OTR freight operations. This position is ideal for an experienced box truck driver who values consistent work, professional communication, and a well-maintained truck.
Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting freight throughout the Mid Atlantic, Mid West, and surrounding states while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.
This position requires overnight trips as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time
- Communicate pickup, transit, and delivery updates
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure cargo properly and safely
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Submit Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and fuel receipts electronically
- Follow all DOT and company safety requirements
- Report maintenance issues, delays, or incidents immediately
QualificationsRequired
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass MVR review and insurance approval
- Ability to operate a smartphone and mobile apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Experience operating a 24ft–26ft box truck
- OTR delivery experience
- Experience using ELD systems and navigation apps
- Forklift experience (not required)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends based on customer demand
