THE OPPORTUNITY
As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a leader who will clear roadblocks for the production team. This position will have 2 direct reports and approximately 20 subordinates. You will report directly to the Director of Operations. This position is a new position born out of growth. As such, you will have a direct impact on daily operations - with space for creativity and problem solving. You will be challenged in this role and have the opportunity for growth based on performance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay Range: $55,000 to $62,500 per year
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 0800 to 1630
Performance Bonuses: Discretionary quarterly performance bonuses

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clear Roadblocks
Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks or technical delays to keep the shop floor moving
Identify and create new tools and processes that reduce cycle times
Manage up to 20 subordinates
Improve Efficiency
Advise the Director and Ownership of realistic production targets
Allocate resources to the production team
Support the training and development program for team members
Enforce the Standards
Adhere to policy and regulations set forth by the Executive team
Ensure quality is not compromised for speed
Foster a Positive Culture
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our co-workers
Review individual performance for promotion and bonus potential

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required
A minimum of 8 years of management experience with a track record of expanding responsibilities
A Bachelor’s Degree may be used to fulfill 4 years of the required experience
Bonus Points
Associate or Bachelor degree desirable but not required
Military background (E6 or above)
Direct experience with commercial frozen dessert or beverage equipment (Taylor, Carpigiani, Stoelting, Spaceman, Bunn, etc.)
Experience in a production or refurbishment environment where throughput and quality both matter.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
