Job Description:
Growing financial advisory practice seeking a motivated individual to support advisor while developing into a client-facing role. Ideal for someone in an administrative or client service position looking to transition into an advisory career. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a path to becoming a licensed advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client service needs, account maintenance, and paperwork
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up
- Attend client meetings and document action items
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance
- Assist with client onboarding and scheduling
- Progress toward required licenses and advisory responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–3 years in financial services or a related college degree
- Strong interest in becoming a financial advisor
- CFP® certification or active pursuit of CFP® certification strongly preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; willingness to obtain licenses required

Compensation Range:
$50,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience) + long-term growth opportunities.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
