Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Preventive Maintenance (PM) Crew Member to assist with daily cleaning and maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient work areas by performing routine housekeeping and equipment cleaning tasks.
Essential Job Duties
- Clean and maintain work areas around production equipment and machinery.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Scrape grease, dirt, and debris from machinery, equipment, and floors.
- Clean and empty grease collection containers and water buckets.
- Wipe down machine control panels and surrounding surfaces.
- Maintain clean walkways and work areas to promote a safe work environment.
- Identify and report safety hazards, leaks, equipment issues, or other concerns to supervision.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform additional cleaning and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous industrial cleaning, maintenance, janitorial, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
