Summary
We are seeking an Event Setup Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring the successful setup and execution of our engaging live events and promotional activations. Join us to help bring brands to life through innovative and interactive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment and displays at various locations.
- Transport assets to and from each event.
- Ensure all event materials are transported safely and efficiently.
- Support the team in preparing event spaces according to client specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and smooth event operations.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols during all setup activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
- Contribute to creating a positive experience for clients and attendees.
Qualifications
- Class A CDL - must be able to drive a 10-speed manual transmission
- Prior experience in event setup or related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Clean MVR and ability to drive trucks and pull trailers.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, driving test and DOT physical.
- Basic understanding of event logistics is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- This is a traveling position that can have you on the road from 2-3 days to 2-4 weeks at a time.
