Assists in the daily administration of the YMCA Magic Place After-School Program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist students in completing daily homework assignments.

Check to make sure homework is done correctly.

Help record and maintain the student information.

Supervise and monitor participants during hand washing and bathroom breaks.

Supervise and monitor participants during indoor programming and free play.
-
Supervise and monitor participants during outdoor programming and free play.
-
Provide appropriate First-Aid to participants as the need arises.
-
Set up for nutritional snacks.
-
Clean up areas after snacks.
-
Clean up after participants have left.
-
Other duties as assigned by Child Care Director, Child Care Coordinator, or Site Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma.

One-year experience in childcare.
