Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction operations on a large project in Austin, TX.
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $60–$75/hr
Per Diem: $130/day (offered to those living 60+ miles from the jobsite)
Schedule: 50–60 hours per week
***MUST HAVE OSHA 30 *** Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. ***
Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical construction activities including power distribution, switchgear, conduit installation, cable pulling, terminations, and equipment installation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade superintendents to maintain project schedules and sequencing
- Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors while ensuring manpower, materials, and tools are properly allocated
- Monitor production, quality control, and safety compliance across all electrical work areas
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure installations meet project requirements and code standards
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- OSHA 30 required
- Strong experience supervising commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of electrical construction
