About Children’s T.E.A.M.:
At Children’s T.E.A.M. our mission is to serve children and families with passion. We believe in kids... their unique talents, personalities, and potentials. As the leading pediatric therapy provider in Northwest Arkansas, we embrace children's new triumphs every day. We first opened our doors almost 20 years ago and have continued to pour our hearts into providing the very best services for families ever since.
The T.E.A.M. Difference:
Our therapists and educators have an engaging and diverse caseload of clients representing varied diagnoses and age levels. Our culture is driven by quality care, not ‘required’ billable units. Our behavior techs are able to amplify the scope of their impact through collaborating with members of our BCBA, PT, OT, and SLP TEAM.
The Forefront of Care in NWA and Beyond:
Children’s T.E.A.M. continues to be at the forefront of introducing a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to pediatric therapy care in Northwest Arkansas. We work tirelessly everyday to bring new services to families.
We were the first pediatric clinic in the region to offer BCBA-led professional developments for all our therapists. Additionally, our BCBAs, PTs, OTs, and SLPs have traveled the globe making a difference through our TEAMworks non-profit outreach.
Faith-Based Mission of Servant-Leadership:
Our TEAM members’ shared vision of Servant-Leadership is lived out through our efforts to act with humility, communicate with care, embrace empathy, value integrity, and set the example for all those we encounter.
