We offer generous PTO and separate sick leave, plus other benefits! Come work for an amazing, award-winning local preschool program that is rated Level Five by Colorado Shines!
Our nonprofit agency has been providing early childhood services since 1990. After COVID, we asked our community what they needed most, and the answer was preschool. Two years ago, we opened our program, and we're already rated Level Five! Our program is also a 2026 Triad Bright Futures Children’s Champion.
In this position, you will plan and implement lesson plans that foster all areas of child development. Your own creativity will shine through with the Creative Curriculum with the Al's Pals social/emotional add-on. You'll also work with parents to foster and grow a genuine community every school year. With small class sizes and regular parent engagement sessions, you will build deep connections with families. Because our center provides families with on-site wraparound services like food access, workforce support, and utility assistance, you get to see every child thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Come be a part of this incredible story and teach in a warm, joyful, and evidence-based program that focuses not only on important academic skills, but also on crucial social/emotional skills that are powerful predictors of elementary school success.
