Established in 1984, M&M Roofing is seeking experienced Single Ply TPO Roofing Installers to join one of our fast paced crews. This includes installing rigid insulation, detail work, and coping cap along with some other roofing types on occasion. Fully adhered and mechanically fastened systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Single Ply TPO Roofing Installer / detailer
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication tools
- Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license
This position requires reliable team players who are committed to quality craftsmanship and safety. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism on-site.
