The Marketing Associate is a full time position and is responsible to help with branding and promoting the business services and programs including website updates, content management, company branding, graphic design, conferences and marketing of AccelerateKID services. The role requires knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, iClassPro, Google Adwords, exhibiting and social media marketing. Experience also include Adobe graphics design suites, Canva, Google Analytics and newsletter publishing. Associate will report directly to manager/supervisor.
In addition, other responsibilities including the following:
- Responsible for marketing, branding, advertising and social media activities.
- Responsible for the user interface, front end and graphical designs of every marketing and advertising activities.
- Update the marketing strategic plans to align with company’s mission statement, execute the strategy and budget spending.
- Maintain WordPress website with vendor, maintain dynamic content, oversees day-to-day management of the company website, and assure the quality and integrity of the website.
- Continuously review analytic statistics including bounce rate, exit rate, conversion rate and traffic optimization.
- Understand advertising campaigns using Google Adwords and Google Analytics. This includes management of PPC (PAY PER CLICK) campaigns to achieve optimum ROI (RETURN ON INVESTMENT) for individual active search terms for each of the major search engines.
- Design marketing materials for website, social media sites, brochures, t-shirts and banners.
- Develop daily fresh content and news on social media sites and newsletter using Mailchimp.
- Maximize online and offline affiliate opportunities and revenue generation for the brand.
- Source and manage new revenue generating online marketing opportunities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Disciplined and focused to get defined workload done and on time.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well with others.
- Must be result-oriented end with a good eye for details.
- Must have creative graphic design, advertising and marketing skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a marketing or advertising degree.
