We recently were acquired by Compass, Florida's largest real estate brokerage. We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant and Receptionist to join our growing company. We ranked in the top 30 out of 3,500 law firm/title companies with our underwriter over the last couple years and continue to grow rapidly. Organization, ability to handle many tasks at once and work as part of a team is a must. Great opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company. Position is for our Ft. Lauderdale office.
Job Requirements Include:
- Answer and redirect phone calls;
- Order office supplies;
- Scan and organize documents after closing; and
- Mail out checks and documents to the proper parties.
- Manage escrow files
- Enter new contracts
- Order survey, lien search, estoppels & searches
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
