EZ-AD is looking for a seasoned sales veteran to join us part-time as a Sales Performance Advisor. This is not an entry level role. We want someone who has spent decades in the trenches, knows what great sales looks like, and is ready to bring that experience to a growing team that needs real guidance and accountability.
- Meet regularly with sales reps and lead generation staff to review activity, pipelines, and results
- Listen to recorded sales calls and provide detailed feedback on pitch quality, objection handling, and overall effectiveness
- Hold reps accountable to their targets and ensure numbers being reported are accurate and grounded in reality
- Coach individual reps on how to improve their close rate, sharpen their pitch, and handle objections with confidence
- Review lead quality alongside lead generation staff to make sure the right prospects are being pursued
- Assist with sales spreadsheets, tracking, and reporting to make sure everything is clean and up to date
- Identify patterns across the team, where people are struggling, where deals are being lost, and bring those issues to leadership with clear recommendations
- Serve as an ongoing mentor and sounding board for the sales team, someone they can go to for honest, experienced advice
- 20 or more years of hands on sales experience, ideally with time spent managing or mentoring other salespeople
- A sharp eye for when a rep is coasting, fudging their numbers, or avoiding the hard work of real prospecting
- Deep knowledge of objection handling, discovery calls, and what separates reps who close from reps who just talk
- Comfortable reviewing call recordings and giving direct, constructive feedback without sugarcoating
- Strong organizational skills, able to work with spreadsheets, pipelines, and performance data without getting lost
- Someone who communicates clearly, responds quickly, and does not need to be chased down for updates
- A natural coach, patient enough to develop people but firm enough to hold the standard
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology products
- Background in sales training or building out sales playbooks and processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Part-time, five days a week with flexible hours that work around your schedule
- 100% remote, everything is done over video calls, Slack, and shared documents
- You will have real influence here. Leadership listens, and your recommendations will be taken seriously
- This is a great fit for someone who has retired from full-time sales leadership but still wants to stay sharp, stay involved, and make a real impact without the grind of a full-time commitment
