What You'll Do
You'll be the reason customers find great stuff. That means getting new inventory tagged and on the floor fast, keeping displays looking fresh, checking customers out at the register, and greeting customers who are selling to us. You'll also help with our store's social media, so if you love creating content, even better. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and never boring; you'll be moving all day.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Team player with an outward mindset-you think about how your work affects others
- Interest in women's fashion and current trends
- Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least 16 years old
What We Offer
- $12/hour starting pay
- Real growth path: We promote from within. Many team members move up to Buyer, Shift Leader, or Key Holder (with higher pay) within their first 6 months

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, squat, kneel, climb, reach, and bend
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
