Project Consultant - Roofing & Home Services
Frontline Roofing & Home Services is looking for the right person to join our team as a Project Consultant.
We are not necessarily looking for someone who has spent years in sales. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, professional person with strong character, a great work ethic, and the ability to communicate well with homeowners.
Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, insurance claims, estimating, or customer service is a major plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, being out in the field, and taking ownership of projects from the initial customer meeting through the estimating and approval process.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and potential customers at their property.
Listen to the customer's concerns, problems, and project goals.
Inspect roofing, exterior, and other home-service-related conditions as needed.
Take detailed photographs, measurements, notes, and documentation.
Help homeowners understand available repair or replacement options.
Prepare clear and accurate estimates and project proposals.
Present estimates and answer customer questions.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding estimates and project decisions.
Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers.
Assist customers through the insurance claim process when applicable.
Communicate with insurance adjusters and other parties when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer and project information within company systems.
Coordinate approved projects with management and the production team.
Make sure production receives complete information regarding scope, customer expectations, materials, special conditions, and project details.
Maintain communication with the customer before, during, and when necessary after the project.
Identify additional legitimate concerns or improvements that may benefit the homeowner.
Represent Frontline Roofing & Home Services professionally at all times.

Preferred Experience
Roofing or construction experience.
Insurance restoration or property claims experience.
Home improvement experience.
Estimating experience.
Customer service or account management experience.
Previous experience working directly with homeowners.
None of the above are required for an exceptional candidate with the right attitude, character, and ability to learn.
