The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing residents' quality of life by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This role involves working closely with clients who may have behavioral, developmental, physical, or other health needs. You must be committed to ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record clients' progress and activities throughout the day
- Administer medications following the Medication Administrator Record in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Utilize patient observation skills to identify changes in health status or behavior and report findings promptly
- Follow care plans meticulously to ensure personalized resident care and safety standards are met
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the leadership team and coworkers

Requirements:
- Caregiving or related experience preferred
- Completion of Health Exam and TB screening
- Background check clearance

Shift Patterns:
· 1st Shift 8 am – 3 Pm or 8 am-8 pm
· 2nd Shift 3 pm -10 pm
· 3rd Shift 10 pm -8 am
· Weekends: Day Shift 8 am-8 pm / Night Shift 8 pm -8 am
· Must be able to work every other weekend
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
