Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Mover & Driver to join our team! As a Lead Mover & Driver, you will be meeting at our dispatch location in North Austin each day you're scheduled. At Limestone, we highly value our customers and employees - and want to make sure that working with us is a positive experience for everyone. We are looking for responsible, respectful, and positive team players to join our organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive our 26\" Box trucks to the job locations for the day
- Communicate with the customer about arrival times to each location
- Manage and instruct the team of movers on the job with you
- Ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
- Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed
- Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
- Take responsibility for the customer experience and make sure that our services exceed their expectations
Qualifications
- Hold an active and compliant Driver's License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Can comfortably work in all weather conditions
- Can lift and move heavy objects
- Can work on your feet for much of the day

- 15-minute Screening Interview with our Service Manager
- Limestone Orientation with our Dispatch and Crew (half-day unpaid)
- Training Jobs ($18/hr) + Tips
- Full-time Mover ($20/hr) + Tips
- Full-time Driver ($22/hr) + Tips
- Full-time Lead Mover ($23/hr) + Tips
