Registered Nurse (RN) – Start of Care/Assessment Visits (PRN/Contract)
Bright Star Recruiting is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete Start of Care (SOC) and initial nursing assessments for home health patients throughout Northeast and Central Florida.

Position Overview:
We are looking for compassionate, dependable RNs to conduct Start of Care (SOC) assessments and determine the appropriate continuation of care for patients in their homes. Nurses who choose to remain on an assigned case may continue providing follow-up skilled nursing visits.
Pay:
$75 for the initial Start of Care/Assessment visit
$60 per visit for ongoing visits if you choose to continue with the case
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive Start of Care (SOC) assessments
Evaluate patient condition and nursing needs
Develop and document the plan of care
Determine the appropriate continuation of services
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team as needed
Qualifications:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Home health and Start of Care experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Schedule:
PRN/Contract
