We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic Part-Time Twos Assistant Teacher to join our dedicated team at a NAEYC-accredited early childhood education center. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, understands child development, and is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 2–3 years old.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Must meet all state licensing requirements and pass required background checks.
