Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

For over 10 years we've served the Culver City and West Hollywood communities with Invisalign and braces treatment for kids and adults alike — and our goal is simple: make the idea of coming to see us bring a smile to someone's face before they even sit in the chair.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just do orthodontics, but genuinely loves it! Someone who gets a little excited talking about tooth movement, treatment progress, and the moment a patient sees their new smile for the first time. Our chair-side team members are vital to the office experience, and we are hoping to find the perfect blend of energy and dedication that fits into our office culture.If you're the kind of clinical assistant who takes pride in a clean sterilization setup, a smooth scan, and a patient who leaves feeling cared for, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Capture new patient records, including full orthodontic photos and panoramic/cephalometric x-rays
- Maintain sterilization standards to the highest level
- Perform iTero digital scans
- Support Invisalign care and patient check-ins
- Assist with Invisalign attachment placement and removal
- Check aligner fit and tracking at patient visits
- Assist Doctors with Braces bracket bonding and bracket repairs
- Support Braces wire changes and adjustment appointments
- Coach patients on brushing, flossing, and food guidelines with braces
- Provide hands-on patient care that keeps our chairside experience personal and reassuring
- Show excitement to patients starting and ending treatment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience in orthodontic assisting
- A genuine interest in orthodontics — you find the work itself interesting and looking to expand your knowledge.
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being the friendly face patients remember
- Self-motivated and reliable, with strong attention to detail chairside
- A team player who thrives in a very fast-paced, patient-facing environment
