Position: Weekend Night Auditor
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (16 hours/week)
Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington West is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Weekend Night Auditor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests while providing outstanding customer service.
- Process guest check-outs and handle billing accurately.
- Perform the nightly audit and balance daily hotel transactions.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area.
- Complete overnight reports and prepare the hotel for the next business day.
- Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies.
- Assist with light housekeeping or breakfast preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with Hilton systems (OnQ/PEP) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently overnight.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
