Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Middleton, TN, 38052 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (On-call availability required)
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our Middleton facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in manufacturing or industrial processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plant operations to meet production and quality goals.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and planning teams to optimize plant performance.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Valid driver’s license
Physical ability to move throughout the plant and perform tasks such as climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in an industrial production environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Working knowledge of Operations Planning Systems (e.g., JD Edwards)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience: 5–7 years in industrial operations or production supervision
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process)
Industry: Industrial manufacturing, production, or mining operations
Compensation: Competitive base salary with up to 20% ABIP bonus potential (may increase for the right candidate)
