Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Sider to oversee and coordinate siding installation projects. As a Lead Sider, you will supervise crew members, interpret technical drawings, and manage all aspects of siding projects.
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
- Proper use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, safety harnesses, and other equipment to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform roofing repairs using single-ply membrane roofing techniques
- Conduct heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ladder use, scaffolding, power tools, caulking + flashing systems.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints for accurate project execution
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
