Overview:
Looking for a dedicated LPN or RN to work as a charge nurse in our facility. We are a county owned rural home that is governed by a board. Duties include supervising CMTs, CNAs, resident care, assessments, wound dressings, etc...
We aren't looking to just fill a spot with a warm body. We want to hire someone who loves to be part of a team and that truly cares of those in their care.
We offer a very FLEXIBLE scheduling system- we understand the importance of work/life balance and strive to get a schedule that works for you. We offer 8 and 12 hr shifts. We can do a combination of days/evenings/nights.
