Epic Storage is seeking a motivated, customer-focused team member to assist customers with their moving and storage needs while helping maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming storage environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining a professional facility.
As a Customer Service & Storage Associate, you'll work independently and alongside other team members at multiple locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, helping customers through every step of the storage process.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective and existing customers with their moving and storage needs.
- Conduct facility tours and help customers select the storage solution that best fits their needs.
- Guide customers through the rental process and explain lease agreements clearly and accurately.
- Process rental payments, retail sales, and account transactions using SiteLink software.
- Complete daily facility inspections to ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained property.
- Perform light property maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping.
- Support U-Haul operations, including vehicle inspections, cleaning, rental check-outs, and returns.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Work at multiple company locations as business needs require.
- Help maintain a positive customer experience while supporting occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning and using web-based software programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Comfortable driving U-Haul vehicles when necessary.
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk the property multiple times per day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
