Set Up Job Description
Summary of Job: As a Set Up Technician for Village Tractor & Repair, you will be part of a maintenance enterprise. This is a nice clean entry job in a heat and AC shop where you will be setting up new implements and smaller equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lawn maintenance/ snow removal as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
Some mechanical experience a bonus but not necessary. Must have a willingness and desire to learn!
Minimum Education/Certification:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Equipment Used:
Small hand tools, drills, air-powered tools, torch, jack, lift equipment, computer, multi-function printer, and phone.
Physical Demands:
Moderate walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.; routinely lift and carry parts and equipment 15-75 pounds; possess manual dexterity to complete projects in a craftsman fashion.
Environment:
Work around moving objects or vehicles; fumes, solvents, grease and oil. May work under conditions of inclement weather.
