Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Implementation & Monitoring: Follow individualized care plans to track symptoms, behavior, and progress.
- Crisis Intervention: Help de-escalate behavioral crises and provide first-responder support.
- Documentation: Record daily observations, complete service notes, and maintain client charts.
- Community Integration: Connect clients to local resources, housing, or employment, and provide transportation to appointments
- Daily Support: Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment to help clients reach treatment goals
- Therapeutic Facilitation: Assist QP/AP with Planning and leading individual or group therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities
Experience
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is generally the minimum requirement, with Associate degrees are preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health challenges, though specialized on-the-job training is often provided.
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid, CPI Training, and crisis prevention/de-escalation training are commonly required or provided upon hire.
- Valid Driver’s License: Mandatory for community-based roles to transport clients or travel between facilities
Pay: $15.50 per hour
