Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their pools and hot tubs are clean, chemically balanced, and safe for use.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.) and add necessary chemicals.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, and skimmers).
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to management.
- Maintain accurate service records and chemical usage logs for each site.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pool service or general maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50] lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time-management skills to maintain a daily route.
