###What You Will Be Doing (The Mane Event)
As the Salon Manager, you are the heartbeat of the team. You aren't just managing na schedule, you are building na community
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate a talented team of stylists to reach their full potential.
- Drive Success: Set and Smash salon sales goals, customer counts, retail goals, and CELEBRATE the team wins!
- Run The Show: Handle the day-to-day operations, from structured employee training, onboarding new team members, inventory, and leading by example!
###Who You Are (The Perfect Cut)
"A leader is someone who lifts others up, keeps the energy high, and know that standard operating procedures are the secret ingredient to a smooth running ship!"
- You hold an active Missouri Cosmetology or Barber license
- You have previous management or leadership experience in a high volume salon
- You are a great communicator who thrives on coaching and building strong collaborative teams.
- You are organized, detail-oriented and love implementing structured systems that help everyone win
- You have previous experience with coaching and training other stylists to cut hair and master fading.
