What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an assigned contact for day-to-day service and administrative tasks of benefit programs including health & welfare and retirement programs.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of general health benefits, retirement plans, and insurance carrier and company terminology.
- Research and respond to IRS notices regarding ACA compliance and manage the ACA update notification process.
- Review vendor/carrier reports and notices and take appropriate actions.
- Research and resolve employee concerns and issues related to their benefits or system elections.
- Manage and maintain an updated and comprehensive process and procedure library.
- Research discrepancies and collaborate with corporate accounting and payroll to resolve differences relating to employee coverages and payroll deductions.
- Update and maintain benefit-related data in system and vendor systems to ensure accuracy.
- Complete system testing related to annual enrollment, ad-hoc changes, or system upgrades.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of two years in Human Resources or benefit-related role required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related experience preferred.
- Strong PC skills and ability to use and administer specialized computer applications. Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge is preferred but not required.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail including the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proven problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Understanding of applicable regulations related to benefit plans.
