Overview
This position requires working a flexible schedule, with potential to work varying afternoon shifts throughout the week. 10-20 Hours per week. Your schedule could fall anywhere between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. We do not work Sundays!

Bowmans Market is a local grocery store with one location in Kaysville Utah. Bowmans is a family owned business that was started in 1913. Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly
- Greet customers warmly, providing excellent phone etiquette and friendly assistance throughout their visit
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with product demos to enhance customer engagement and increase sales opportunities
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and throughout the sales floor
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock replenishment procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with shoppers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately
