Star Concessions is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Shell / Blue Star Mart team at DFW Airport.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Greet every customer with professionalism and positivity while providing fast, friendly service.
Stay Knowledgeable & Efficient:
Maintain strong product knowledge, keep shelves stocked, and support daily store operations.
Master Core Retail Skills:
Operate the register, handle cash transactions, stock merchandise, and assist with inventory.
Maintain Store Standards:
Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment through light cleaning duties.
Be an Active Team Member:
Work collaboratively with your team to create a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 6 months to 1 year of fuel station or convenience store experience preferred
- Must live within 25 miles of DFW Airport
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, holidays, and overnights as needed)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet during your shift
- Must pass a 7-year background check
- Two valid government-issued IDs required (one photo ID and one secondary ID)
